The Amberen Solution -- Natural Treatment For Perimenopause Symptoms
75Amberen For Perimenopause
Women everywhere are talking about a relatively new menopause remedy, a dietary mineral supplement called Amberen. You may have seen the television infomercials or magazine ads. Amberen is marketed as a natural treatment for perimenopause symptoms. It is a safe new alternative to synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and viable, but less effective, herbal remedies.
Fumarates and succinates (salt compounds) are the key ingredients in Amberen. Amberen's proprietary formula produces "smart molecules" that are easily recognized by the human body. Their rejuvenating effects re-balance the tumbling, erratic hormone levels that cause perimenopause symptoms.
According to the official product website, Amberen is formulated from seven key ingredients: ammonium succinate, calcium disuccinate, monosodium L-glutamate (MSG), glycine, magnesium disuccinate hydrate, zinc difumarate hydrate, and tocopherol acetate (a form of Vitamin E). Other ingredients include gelatin, rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, riboflavin, carmin, and water.

What Is Perimenopause?
Many middle-aged women experience symptoms of perimenopause, a life interval when the telltale signs of menopause start to creep in. Also known as menopausal transition, perimenopause heralds a shift from regular ovulation-and-menstruation cycles to permanent infertility.
Perimenopause is most common in women in their 40s, although 30-something women may experience symptoms. Irregular, unpredictable menstrual periods are the most common sign; periods may vary from long to short, heavy to light, more or less than 28 days apart. Many women also experience hot flashes, weight gain, a diminished sex drive, and unexplained mood swings.
In time, the fatigue and frustration of perimenopause symptoms can take a toll on a woman's daily life. Amberen promises symptom relief in a safe, natural, and reliable way. While other perimenopause treatments are available, Amberen offers a non-prescription solution that is formulated to work with a woman's biology for natural symptom relief.
Perimenopause Treatments
When it comes to perimenopause treatments, women have several options. Treatments range from alternative therapies and herbal remedies to hormone replacement drugs and non-prescription Amberen.
- Alternative Therapies And Herbal Remedies. Many women turn to alternative therapies for perimenopause symptom relief. Concern for health risks associated with prescription hormone replacement drugs, they choose alternative practices and herbal remedies to treat their symptoms. Acupuncture, meditation, and relaxation techniques are common alternative practices for perimenopause sypmtoms. Black cohosh, ginseng, chasteberry, and plant estrogens (such as soy) are common herbal remedies. Herbal therapies provide low levels of relief, but they are unable to ease all symptoms of perimenopause.
- Hormone Replacement Therapy. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) provides proven medical relief from perimenopause symptoms. HRT involves synthetic female sex hormones -- estrogen and progestin -- in prescription form. While it effectively treats perimenopause symptoms in some women, hormone replacement therapy is not without health risks. In fact, research has linked HRT to increased risk of heart disease, stroke, blood clots, and some cancers. It may also produce negative side effects that, in some women, mimic the original symptoms of perimenopause.
- Amberen Perimenopause Solution. Amberen is the latest treatment option for perimenopause symptom relief, and more doctors are recommending the product than ever before. The non-prescription dietary supplement restores cell function and encourages natural hormone production. Amberen addresses the hormone imbalances that lead to the frustrating symptoms of perimenopause. Some doctors have also recommended Amberen for premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and other hormone-related sypmtoms in women.
