Building Better Relationships

Everyone knows that communication is the key to successful relationships -- from good, lasting friendships to happy, lasting marriages.

But knowing and doing are two different things. This is why there is so much advice and information on the subject.

All couples struggle to understand themselves and each other, whether they are entering a new relationship or celebrating several years of marriage.

Even Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott, who have years of relationship knowledge and experience between them, still struggle with this issue. In their quest to find the type of communication that sparks an amazing connection, the Parrotts wrote Love Talk (and the Love Talk Devotional for Christian couples).

These are just two of many relationship books that were written by the Parrotts, a husband-and-wife counseling team. Their books have sold more than one million copies worldwide. For more on this married couple and their books, read on.

Thank you, Donna. I've read many of their books (or listened to the audio editions), and the Parrotts have created some wonderful resources for singles and couples alike.

I went to a Christian high school and we read a relationship book by the Parrotts. I remember being fascinated with the two having the same name. The book was simply called "Relationships" - and well, the title sums up the book!

Great writing style and useful information on their publications. Thank you for sharing!

Hi, Robert. So glad you stopped by! I read "Relationships" in my singleness. I remember it as an honest, thought-provoking resource. Since my marriage, I've read several books that the Parrotts wrote for married couples. And Leslie wrote one for Christian wives that I really enjoy.
